A live virtual masterclass · 90 minutes

What the Body
Remembers

July 6th · 12pm PST  ·  Live on Zoom  ·  Recording available

Your body has been holding deep knowing.
It remembers what you've forgotten. It is ready for you to reconnect to it.

This is for you if

You've made every right decision — and still felt something was off.

You've had a feeling in your gut and talked yourself out of it.

You sense tightness, heaviness, or a pull in your body and don't know what it's telling you.

You were taught, somewhere along the way, that your feelings were too much, so you learned to quiet them.

You're craving a way back to yourself that doesn't live in your head.

This masterclass is for people ready to stop overriding the body and start remembering what it already knows.

What we'll move through together

The 90-minute arc

This is not a lecture. It's an experience. Come ready to arrive fully.

Arriving in the body

A short somatic practice to drop out of the head and into the present moment. We begin here, always.

Why we stopped listening

The cultural, relational, and nervous system reasons women are conditioned to override their felt sense, and what it costs us when we do.

What the body remembers

What the somatic sense is, how it speaks, and how to begin trusting it again. A framework you'll carry for life, with a worksheet of sensations.

A guided remembering

The heart of the masterclass is a full somatic-intuition inquiry. You'll practice accessing and trusting a signal your body is already sending you.

What did you notice?

A journaling prompt and quiet reflection to anchor what shifted. The body speaks in subtlety, we slow down long enough to hear it.

What becomes possible now

A gentle close, and for those who feel called, an invitation to go deeper through EMERGE; Gina's 12-week women's program beginning September 2026.

What you'll carry with you

You will leave knowing how to —

Recognize your body's signals

Sensation, contraction, expansion, heat, heaviness. You'll understand what these are telling you, and how to read them.

Distinguish intuition from fear

One of the most common questions in this work. You'll leave with a lived, somatic way of telling the difference.

Access the felt sense on your own

A simple, repeatable practice to return to anytime a decision or moment asks you to trust yourself.

Trust what you already know

Not as a belief, but as an embodied experience. Once you've felt it, you can't unfeel it.

“EMERGE offered me a sacred space to be witnessed and held authentically — where connection with others became a mirror for my own growth and self-discovery. It was a nourishing lesson that healing and empowerment unfold most deeply in the community.”

A little about Gina

I have been on a path of healing since I was a child, when I was connected to a therapist at ten years old. Decades later, I continue to value the importance of self-inquiry and growth through traditional therapy, coaching, and plant medicine work. Relational healing is at the root of my own clinical care practice, which has merged into spiritual health and wellbeing.

After receiving my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, I interned at multiple treatment centers for eating disorders. My desire was to help women with low self-worth. In those five years, I dove more deeply into complex trauma with advanced training in EMDR, IFS, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Relational Somatic Healing. I was driven to understand my own trauma, and the trauma of the women I was serving in my practice.

Along my journey to becoming a well-trained clinician, I was paralleling my learning with psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I became certified with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) for MDMA-Assisted Therapy for PTSD, trained with the Polaris Institute for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and supported the curriculum launch for Oregon's first Psilocybin Facilitator Training program, InnerTrek, where I served as Program Coordinator and Lead Educator. I currently work as a research therapist in psychedelic studies with the Social Neuroscience and Psychotherapy Lab. The healing that is possible within expanded states of consciousness, as demonstrated in research, has broadened the world's approach and understanding of healing complex trauma.

The decades of personal healing, clinical training, and psychedelic work have converged into centering my work on women's empowerment and healing. What the Body Remembers is an introduction to the heart of that work: an invitation into the same relational, somatic healing that has shaped my own path.

A few questions

Do I need any prior experience with somatic work?

None at all. This masterclass meets you exactly where you are, whether somatic work is new to you or something you've explored before.

What if I can't attend live?

The live experience is where the magic happens. That said, a recording will be available for 7 days after the event so you don't miss the teaching.

What is EMERGE, and how does this connect?

EMERGE is Gina's 12-week women's empowerment program, beginning September 14, 2026. This masterclass is an introduction to the somatic and intuition work at its core. Attendees receive a special invitation to Cohort 2.

This invite is open to cis/trans women and non-binary folks identifying with femme experience.

Is this therapy or coaching?

Neither. This is guided women's empowerment work, experiential and embodied, but not a substitute for mental health support. If you're currently working with a therapist, this complements that beautifully.

Your body has been
an ally this whole time.

This is where you finally learn to listen.
