Meet your guide — Gina Gratza
I am a licensed psychotherapist, psilocybin facilitator, and holistic Women’s Empowerment Coach devoted to awakening the wisdom of the feminine. My mission is to support women in remembering their power, reclaiming their voices, and rising into their fullest expression of strength and beauty.
As a healer and trauma therapist, I weave science and the sacred—bridging evidence-based practices with archetypal, body-centered, and spiritual wisdom. My work is rooted in transpersonal and humanistic frameworks. I strive to hold cultural awareness and work to engage in decolonization practices. As a white woman, I walk this path with humility—always learning, unlearning, and growing to ensure that my work honors lineages, resists appropriation, and centers integrity.
For over 15 years, I’ve walked beside women as they rise through disconnection, grief, and transformation. My early work with eating disorders revealed the painful ways women are taught to betray their bodies and silence their voices. I champion the celebration of body diversity and the unique expressions of all women.
That path led me deeper into embodiment, grief tending, and psychedelic-assisted transformation. Across thousands of hours of tending women’s stories, I’ve discovered one truth:
Everything you need is already within you. And when we are in circle with other healed women, we thrive.
My role is to help you listen, remember, & emerge.
I am devoted to creating spaces that are safe and affirming for BIPOC and LGBTQIA++ communities—spaces where every woman’s story is honored and each person feels seen, held, and celebrated in her becoming. I walk this path with humility and integrity, acknowledging the many privileges I hold as a white, queer, and able-bodied woman. My commitment is to ongoing unlearning through anti-oppression and DEI education, and through consultation with mentors and colleagues whose diverse lived experiences offer mirrors for the blind spots I will be forever unraveling. I hold the intention to always make space for repair when rupture arises, trusting that relationships can deepen and become even more healing when met with honesty, accountability, and care.
