Join Dr. Sara Sentell and Gina Gratza, LMFT as we once again weave gentle feminine nourishment into the Winter Solstice.

✦ ✦ ✦

A time for renewal and reflection, we are building a container to move into this winter season with ease and care.

As the longest night of the year gently wraps us in stillness, we gather in circle to honor the sacred turning point of Winter Solstice: a time of descent, dreaming, and deep feminine wisdom. Through storytelling, ritual, and shared reflection, we'll prepare to journey inward, weaving myth and memory, shadow and light.

This time invites us to soften into the mystery, reconnect with ancient rhythms, and remember the fertile power of darkness as the womb of new beginnings. Together, we honor the quiet beauty of winter, the resilience of the feminine spirit, and the magic that emerges when women gather in sacred remembrance and soulful intention.
