Who is Hestia?

Hestia is a ancient greek goddess, one of the original 12 Olympians. Though less commonly know, her role was more symbolic of a circle and a fire. Hestia was the goddess of the hearth, and temple, home and fire burning around the hearth. Hestia invites people into introspection, to observe their own inner thinking through meditative practices. In this space, we find clarity and openness to curiosity of ones inner world. Hestia reminds us of the importance of tending to our homes and surroundings, knowing that a home that is kept in order supports the inner home of our being.
